Phone or text (604) 632-4959, or write to Ali@Sedighi.ca; any of the three reaches us. You will deal with a senior strategist, not a call centre, and the first 30-minute consultation is free for eligible trades businesses, with no obligation to go further.

How to reach us
- Call: (604) 632-4959. Good if you want to talk it through now.
- Text: (604) 632-4959. Good if you are on a job site and can only type a line or two.
- Email: Ali@Sedighi.ca. Good if you want to send numbers, a price list or a marketing report.
Hours: Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Owners in Atlantic Canada, keep the time difference in mind: 9 a.m. Pacific is early afternoon in Halifax and later still in St. John's.
What to include in your first message
You don't need a formal brief. A few facts help us prepare and make the first call more useful:
- Your company name and the city or region you work in.
- How many plumbers and trucks you run.
- The main type of work: service and repair, drains, water heaters, new construction, renovation or commercial.
- The problem you most want fixed, in a sentence.
- Any numbers you know, even rough ones: revenue, labour rate, monthly marketing spend.
A template you can copy and fill in:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We run [number] trucks doing mostly [type of work]. Our biggest problem right now is [one sentence]. Our labour rate is about [$ per hour] and we spend roughly [$ per month] on marketing. Best time to call me is [time].
If you prefer, just send "call me" with your name and number. We will take it from there.
What happens next
- We reply. Usually within one business day, to set a time for the free consultation.
- The first conversation. About 30 minutes. We ask about your numbers, your team and the problem you mentioned, and tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
- A short written summary. If it makes sense to continue, we send what we would tackle first, which plan fits, and what it would cost. See the pricing page for the plans.
- Your decision. There is no pressure and no follow-up campaign. If you go ahead, we start by collecting your baseline numbers.
What we can and can't help with
We help plumbing owners with the business: pricing and profit, hiring, office systems, marketing and growth planning.
We are not a contractor, so please don't contact us for plumbing work, quotes or emergencies; call a licensed plumber. We provide business and marketing consulting, not engineering, mechanical design, inspection or code-compliance services, and we don't give legal, HR or tax advice. For licensing or permit questions, start with your regulator; our region pages link to each one.
If you are comparing consultants
It is sensible to talk to more than one adviser before choosing. Whoever you speak to, ask the same questions:
- Can you show named, checkable results, and are they from my trade or a neighbouring one?
- Who will actually do the work, and will I speak to them directly?
- What will you measure, and what does the first monthly report look like?
- Who owns the website, ad accounts and data if we part ways?
- What is the notice period?
We are happy to answer every one of these in the first conversation. If another adviser is a better fit for your company, we would rather you hired them.
Privacy
We use your contact details only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We never send unsolicited email: we write only to owners who reached out to us, and one reply asking us to stop is enough. The details are in our privacy policy.
Before you call
If you want to arrive with sharper numbers, two of our guides help: how to set a plumbing labour rate and the weekly owner scorecard. The FAQ covers contracts, ownership of accounts and reporting.
Frequently asked questions
When are you available?
Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. Messages sent outside those hours are read the next business day.
How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply within one business day. If you text, a short message with your name, company and city is enough to start.
Is there a form I need to fill in?
No. We don't use forms. Call, text or email in whatever way suits you; a few lines are enough.
Will I be passed to a salesperson?
No. You will speak with a senior strategist who can discuss your numbers in the first conversation.
Can you call me back in the evening?
Tell us in your message what time works. Many plumbing owners are on the tools during the day, and we will try hard to fit around that.
