Every result on this page is real, named and linked, and every one comes from our work with heating companies. We are not presenting them as plumbing results. They are here because heating and plumbing companies run on the same business engine: urgent phone demand, licensed field staff, seasonal swings and owners who wear every hat. Read them as proof of a method, then look at which part fits your company.

GasBoilers.ca: building a new division
GasBoilers.ca is a gas-boiler division built for CANRO Heat. Today that boiler brand works across 26+ BC communities and carries 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews, earned job by job.
What it shows: a company can add a focused service line with its own name, website and reputation, rather than burying it on one page of the main site.
What transfers to plumbing: owners adding drain cleaning, water heater replacement or backflow testing face the same choice. A dedicated line needs its own pages, its own measures and someone accountable for it. Our growth planning service tests the idea on paper before you spend.
HVACDeal.ca: return on marketing spend
HVACDeal.ca produced 500+ leads at a 12:1 ROI.
What it shows: marketing measured on return, not on activity, can carry a business.
What transfers to plumbing: the habit of measuring each channel on what it returns. For a plumbing company that means cost per booked job and gross profit by channel, which is the heart of our marketing strategy and oversight work.
CanroHeat.ca: steady lead growth
CanroHeat.ca achieved 250% lead growth.
What it shows: consistent, measured improvement across the website, local search and reviews compounds over time.
What transfers to plumbing: more leads only help if they are answered and priced well. Before pushing lead volume for a plumbing client, we check the answer rate and labour rate first, through systems and operations and pricing and profit.
BCWide.ca: speed
BCWide.ca tripled its leads in 90 days.
What it shows: when the basics are fixed in the right order, improvement can come quickly.
What transfers to plumbing: a 90-day sequence. Most of our plumbing engagements are planned the same way: weeks 1–2 measure, weeks 3–6 fix the biggest leak, weeks 7–12 build the scorecard and the next priority.
CombiBoiler.ca: depth in one specialty
For CombiBoiler.ca, the numbers were 300% ROI, 300+ monthly leads and 500+ page-1 rankings for combi-boiler keywords.
What it shows: owning one specialty deeply, with detailed pages for every question a buyer asks, can outperform a general site.
What transfers to plumbing: plumbing companies that want to be known for one thing, such as tankless water heaters, sewer line work or hydronic heating, can apply the same depth. That only pays if the specialty has the margin, which is a pricing question first.
How to read any case study, including ours
When an agency or consultant shows you results, ask four questions:
- Is the client named and the site live? If not, you can't check it.
- What was the starting point? Growth from a weak start is easier than growth from a strong one.
- Was it measured in leads, booked jobs or profit? Leads are the weakest of the three.
- Is it the same trade, and if not, does the provider say so? We say so.
What we measure for plumbing clients
For every plumbing client, we record a baseline before we change anything: answer rate, booking rate, average ticket, gross margin, revenue per billable hour, cost per booked job and receivables. Each month's report shows the movement against that baseline. You will know whether the work is paying, from your own numbers.

Frequently asked questions
Why don't you show plumbing case studies?
Because we only publish results we can name and link, and our published case studies are from heating companies. We would rather show real heating results honestly than invent plumbing ones.
Will my plumbing company get the same results?
Nobody can promise that. Results depend on your market, pricing, staff and starting point. What transfers is the method, and we measure your own numbers from day one so you can see what changes.
Can I see more case studies?
Yes. The full list from our HVAC work is published at hvac.agency/case-studies, with links to each live site.
